As a mental health counselor I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to become the best version of themselves. With over 25 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or family issues as well as marital challenges, I have a wealth of knowledge and practice of caring for others in a professional setting. I support clients to develop goals and actions to resolve their issues and live to their highest potential.  My multicultural competency and ability to see different perspectives enables me to meet people in their current need. I have always been there to support those around me in their time of need and my reputation reflects that I am a very caring individual. I do virtual appointments and have availability on weekends and evenings.
